Introduction from the Founder

I was born and raised in a semi-nomadic Maasai community in the wilds of Northern Tanzania and, in time, earned the right to call myself a Maasai Warrior. My heritage instilled in me a deep knowledge, understanding and love for this wondrous  land. Now, as owner and manager of Warrior Trails, I have the privilege of sharing this intimate understanding of the land and its people with my clients.

I established Warrior Trails safari company with the intention of preserving and celebrating the unique flora, fauna and cultural heritage of East Africa. I intend to ensure that your travels with WT will be the most rewarding safari and cultural experience of any holiday in the region. My Maasai heritage and knowledge combined with my vast experience in the safari industry means that your WT safari will be one of the most remarkable and unique journeys you will ever take. Never before has there been the opportunity for visitors to Tanzania to spend a night in a traditional Maasai village. Warrior Trails has worked diligently with the Maasai community of Simangori to create a beautiful new site where guests are not only able to participate in daily Maasai activities, but spend a night in a traditional Maasai boma.
